Vehicle Maintenance
The Vehicle Maintenance option allows you to keep track of all the repair work for each vehicle. Whenever a repair is logged for a truck the system asks for the date, odometer reading, the repair description and the cost. The Vehicle Miles program allows you to input the odometer reading each time the truck passes from one state to another and there is an inquiry/report option to print this information for your state reports. As information is being entered warning messages will appear indicating the vehicle is due for an oil change, inspection or registration renewal.
There are over 12 other fields of data about the truck that can be entered into the system for good record keeping. Some of the fields are: Insurance, radio, serial number, registration number, license number, last inspected and DMV expiration date.
