Save time and embarrassment when taking calls from your customers with our caller ID system. Stop asking your customer's for their account # or the spelling of their name. The caller ID system will display a list of the customers on each of your phone lines. Just click on the line number before you pick up the phone. The system
will display the customer account information screen so you can start helping the customer right away.

To make this work we need the cooperation of your phone company and they need to send the caller ID info to a file on your server. Customization and aditional charges always apply for this option.
