MAA Tablet
The idea of our Cell Phone & Tablet menus is to allow you access to your data while you are away from the office. The menu shown below includes the option for the fuel driver and serviceman so they can look up customer data and enter their work as they go through the day. Their work is captured in the data files so the office staff can review, edit and update it to the customer accounts.
The Tablet menu starts out simple and easy to use. However the Add-On Options button will allow the addition of many other features/options that you need to make the system the most useful.

Our Tablet system gives you the customer information needed to answer questions. It also allows your drivers to enter deliveries and service information that will update the dispatching screen at the office. All of the information is saved for review and updating to the customers account.
The Main customer screen displays the basic information about the account. It also allows you to see the more detailed screens of data and commands to take delivery & service orders, see past history and the Accounts Receivable ledger.
The credit screen shows details about the customers credit status.
The delivery screen shows the important field of information for the customers tank and automatic delivery and ticket out status.
The budget screen shows the detailed information about the customers budget payments.
The Credit App. screen shows the customer's banking and credit card information. The critical data on this screen is encrypted in the database and masked to only show the standard public portion of the data.
The pricing screen shows the fuel & service pricing codes, fuel discount & markup amount, fuel pricing contract data, fuel prompt pay discounts and tax codes.
The Comment/Alert screen shows the comments that have been written about this account. Alerts and Audit comments are also shown. Active Alerts will change the background color of the customer’s data screens.
The Control screen is used to indicate what advertising source brought this customer to your business, why the customer stopped working with your business, switches for printing/emailing statements and invoices, latitude & longitude for the location of the address and account look up fields.
The Miscellaneous screen is used to store additional contact, Tank Protection, Home Energy Assistance Program and Acquisition information.
The Equipment screen is used to keep tract of the serial #, description, service contract, important dates, components of the system, and the efficiency reading for each piece of equipment that the customer owns. Each customer can have up to 99 equipment units such as, boilers, furnaces, hot water heater, pool heater, generators and air conditioners.
Mostly used for Propane tanks the Tanks screen stores the tank usage fields, serial number, important tank dates and tank description information.
