Purchase Order System

The purchase order system is used to help ordering your service parts from your suppliers. It starts from the inventory recording program. This program will generate a report of all the items that need to be reordered. It will also generate purchase orders for the different suppliers for the parts that are needed. The purchase order system will allow you to edit these orders, adding and deleting items from the orders before printing and emailing them to the suppliers. When the supplier sends the parts to your office the purchase order system will allow you to edit the work orders and adjust the received quantities. Once you have adjusted the received quantities you would then send the purchases to the inventory system. This will update the quantities in the inventory file.
 
The inventory replacement report will also generate an inventory adjustment file moving the quantities from the warehouse to the individual trucks. This file is an adjustment file not a purchase file and it can be edited by the inventory adjustment program before updating. The integration between the inventory system, reports, and the purchase order system can cut the time down required for reordering and updating the inventory items by more than 50%.
 
The system also has the ability to generate purchase & import purchase orders from your suppiers in several formats including Excel .CSV files.
