MAA Web
The MAA Web system allows customer's to log onto your web site to view their account information, transaction history, make a payment, order fuel or service and offer/correct critical information. This will allow your customer to review their accounts and see the charges that they have incurred and make a payment when it is convenient to them. If you are using the MAA Credit Card provider the system will automatically place the credit card information into the credit card processing file to be processed with the rest of the day’s work.
It also allows your On-Call personnel to login and look up any customer to check their balance, date of last delivery or view any of the other information before going out on a night call.
